7" Classic Chef [Made to Order]

The 7" Chef is an essential part of any serious chef's kit. It's big enough for anything, but precise enough for more delicate tasks. Perfect for most larger prep tasks, this knife indiscriminately breaks down meats, vegetables, and fruits with ease. Once you get your hands on this knife, you'll be looking for things to cut. 

The blade is made from AEB-L Stainless Steel and Hardened to 60HRC. AEB-L is a great all around steel that offers very good, toughness, hardness, and edge retention, along with solid corrosion resistance.
